This 60-minute Webinar explains a simple method for teaching clients how to make proposals, ask questions about each other’s proposals, answer questions and provide information, and how to respond to proposals with “Yes” “No” or “I’ll think about it.” This webinar includes several video clips of this method, including an attorney and resistant client preparing a proposal for a mediation, and two bickering clients making proposals and responding to them during a mediation. This method emphasizes dealing with potentially high-conflict clients by redirecting them to make proposals when they shift back and forth into blaming.
